Chapter 14
Intelligence and AI
Intelligence looks through your attendance and pay for things worth a look. Managers open it from Intelligence in the menu.
Insights
On the Intelligence plan, Stafrix points out patterns such as a growing late trend, absence streaks, absences next to days off, forgotten check-outs, heavy overtime, one phone used for several people, and check-ins too far apart to be real. Findings are phrased as “worth a look”, never as an accusation.
- Mark as seen hides a finding for 30 days; it comes back if it is still true.
- Findings about one person offer Send a warning and, for admins, Add a fine.
- Workforce compares attendance and punctuality with the previous 30 days, by department and weekday, with a payroll estimate for admins.
- Shift fit suggests a better shift or start time for people whose real arrival doesn’t fit their shift.
- Weekly email: every Monday morning, owners and admins get a short summary when there are findings. Turn it on or off under SettingsAI & insights.
Letters
Experience, relieving, salary certificate, appointment and warning letters, filled in from the employee’s record. Print them, or email them to the employee. Letters that mention pay are for admins only.
AI features
On Business and Intelligence plans, an owner or admin can turn AI on under SettingsAI & insights, which explains what is sent. Nothing is sent while it is off.
- Ask Stafrix
- Ask about attendance, leave and pay in plain words: “Who was late most often last month?”. It answers from your records and only shows what your role may see.
- Drafts you approve
- “Declare a holiday tomorrow” or “give Meera leave on Friday” becomes a draft card. Nothing changes until you approve it, and you can undo it for 30 minutes.
- Payslip explanation
- “Why this amount” in Hindi and other languages, for admins and employees.
- Writing help
- Improve letters and draft announcements.
Write to us and a person from the Stafrix team will answer.
