Delete your Stafrix account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Stafrix, the attendance and payroll app by AURENTIAL TECH SOLUTIONS, on Android, iPhone and the web. Who can delete what depends on your role: the owner of a workspace can delete all of it, and an employee's records belong to their employer.

In short

Owners delete the workspace themselves. In the app or on the web, under Settings → Company details. It's deleted 7 days later, and can be cancelled until then.
Employees ask their employer. Your employer can delete your record and app account. Or write to us and we'll handle it with them.
Everything goes. Employees, attendance, leave, payroll, payslips, check-in photos, terminals and settings.
A few records are kept by law. Payments and invoices for tax, for up to 8 years. Nothing else about your people or attendance.

1.Delete a whole workspace

Only the workspace's owner can do this. It deletes the company's account and everyone's data in it.

In the Stafrix app (Android or iPhone)

Sign in as the owner.
Open Settings → Company details.
Scroll to Delete workspace and tap it.
Type the workspace's name and confirm with your password, or with a code we email you if you sign in with Google.

On the web (www.stafrix.com)

Sign in at stafrix.com/login as the owner.
Open Settings → Company details and choose Delete workspace.
Confirm the same way.

The workspace is closed at once and deleted 7 days later. In those 7 days only the owner can sign in, to cancel. Everyone else, including employees and terminals, is signed out. Export anything you need to keep (payslips, attendance reports) before you delete.

2.Admins and managers

If you use the dashboard but don't own the workspace, ask its owner or an admin to remove you under Settings → Team & roles. Your sign-in is removed and you are signed out everywhere. Changes you made stay in the company's activity log, which is deleted after 12 months.

3.Employees

Your attendance and payroll records belong to your employer, who is responsible for them under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To delete your account and data:

Ask your employer (an admin of your company's Stafrix). They can remove just your app account, or delete your whole record under People → your name → Delete permanently.
Or write to us at support@stafrix.com from the email address or phone number on your account, with your company's name. We pass your request to your employer and confirm to you once it's done, within 30 days.

Labour laws may require your employer to keep attendance and wage records for some years. If so, they may keep those records and delete the rest, and they'll tell you.

4.What is deleted

An employee's app account is removed	Their password and sign-in methods. Their attendance and leave stay with the employer.
A dashboard user is removed	Their sign-in, and every device they were signed in on.

A workspace is deleted

6.Ask us instead

If you can't sign in, or would rather we did it, email support@stafrix.com from the address on your account. Tell us your company's name and what you'd like deleted. We confirm who you are before deleting anything, and reply within 30 days.
