Admins open SettingsEmployee app.

Turns the employee app on or off for the whole company.

Email and password (they choose it from the invite link); mobile number and text message code (sent to the number on their record); Google (the Google account matching their email).

Only one device at a time

Signing in on a new device signs them out of the old one.

What employees can see and change

Their payslips, Who’s working (colleagues checked in today) and Change their own photo.

Brand Studio

On Business and Intelligence, admins open SettingsBrand Studio. Your logo and colour appear across the employee app and on emails to employees. You can also add a message on Home, a welcome after check-in, greetings on the days you choose, and digital ID cards under Me in the app, with the photo, employee ID and a QR code a guard can scan. An ID card stops working on its own when someone leaves.

Invite an employee

1. Open the employee’s page

   From Employees. They need an email, or a mobile number when text message sign-in is available.
2. Choose “Invite to portal”

   Stafrix creates an invite link, valid for 7 days, that works once. When they have an email address, the link is emailed to them.
3. Or share it yourself

   Copy the link, or send it on WhatsApp. When they open it, they set a password and they’re in.
4. Check their status

   The employee page shows whether they are invited or active. If the link expired, choose New invite link. For someone who forgot their password, choose Password reset link.

Inviting several people? Everyone not invited yet has an Invite button on Employees, and the dashboard shows how many are left with Invite all, which emails everyone who has an email address.
