The time comes from our server, the location must be inside your workplace radius, and a selfie can be required.
Photos kept private
Selfies are stored privately and shown through links that expire. Nothing about them is public.
A full audit trail
Punch corrections, payroll changes and rule edits are logged, with the person who made them.
Passwords done properly
Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes, never as text. Sessions can be signed out remotely.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection to Stafrix, from the dashboard and from phones, runs over HTTPS.
Findings stay inside
Alerts and payroll checks are worked out by Stafrix’s own rules. The attendance and pay behind them never leave Stafrix.
AI only when you say so
AI is off until an owner turns it on, gets only what each request needs, and never decides pay. Questions and answers aren’t stored.
