Stafrix is attendance and payroll for teams that work in one place, together: shops, clinics, factories, warehouses and offices. We make sure the day someone worked turns into the pay they’re owed, and that anything wrong is spotted before payday, without a register, a spreadsheet or an argument.
Why we built it.
In most small and mid-sized workplaces, attendance still lives in a register or a fingerprint machine nobody can read from. At the end of the month someone copies it into a spreadsheet, works out overtime, late marks, advances and PF by hand, and hopes nothing slipped.
When something does slip, everyone loses. The employee is short-paid and has no way to check. The owner overpays for a day nobody worked. And the person doing payroll spends days on it, then gets the blame.
Stafrix replaces that whole chain. People check in from their own phones at the workplace, the rules you set do the arithmetic, and every payslip can be traced back to the days and decisions behind it. Then Stafrix looks over the month for you, and flags what doesn’t add up while there’s still time to fix it.

Numbers before features
We would rather ship fewer things that are always correct. How pay is calculated is covered by automated tests, so a change can’t quietly alter a payslip.

Alerts follow rules you can read, and AI only answers, explains and drafts from your records; it never decides pay. What we sell is what you can use today.
